    • Be responsible for placing orders and tracking delivery of products
    • Inventory management of products (Maintain ideal stock level in Shanghai office; maintain awareness of stock in bonded warehouse). Provide weekly inventory stock list to Managers
    • Enter & maintain “Sell-In” details in “Sell-In / Sell-Out” system every month
    • Coordinate in-market delivery to customers and to exhibition events (Manage in-house delivery man, monitor delivery costs)
    • Handle the issuing of delivery notes and invoices
    • Participate, with Wholesale Manager, in defining the Annual Purchase Budget (Basel and Replenishment)
    • Produce monthly Sell-In and Stock analysis reports: Analyze product sales trends to identify Best Sellers; Slow Movers; Product strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
    • Cooperate with Wholesale Manager & Marketing Manager, to propose Action Plans to push slow movers, improve stock in office and at Retailers, etc
    • Provide support to Wholesale staff (if out of office) ex. Handle in-coming retailer inquiries
    • Willing to do occasional travel to visit China Retailers and international travel to attend annual International Product Fair to assist in customer meetings / product selection
    • Manage Office administration duties (insurance, security, liaise with building management, handle HR issues, office cleanliness, etc.)
  • Anforderungen:
    • At least bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related field
    • 8-10 years in accounting or finance field
    • An accounting, controller or finance background, interested to expand into a more commercial / operations and administration role
    • Staff management experience required
    • Strong IT skills (particularly with Excel)
    • Systems oriented (able to establish, follow and enforce clear systems and guidelines)
    • Strong organizational skills (i.e. good planner, who can structure, prioritize and multi-task. Must be able to work to deadlines)
    • Customer-oriented, self-driven and able to meet challenges
    • Good communication and problem solving skills (proactive communicator and friendly personality)
    • Fluent English in both spoken and writing (at least 8/10)
    • Native Chinese language
    • Willing to work and live in Shanghai
    • Willing to travel occasionally within China and sometimes to Europe
