Verantwortlickeiten:
- As China Sales Manager you will be the direct interface between company headquarter and China market. You will have complete responsibility for sales and customer relationship management. Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Develop current and potential customers and engaging with new projects
- Be in charge of all commercial issues such as: Quotation; Price negotiation; Contract negotiation; Payment for the assigned customers
- Accompany the customer development teams from first request to SOP, being contact person for technical questions regarding design, calculation and testing and coordinate these activities of company
- Develop and implement strategies and programs to grow sales through new projects
- Presentation of capabilities, products, support and service. Target: Getting the RFQ from the automotive customer
- Organization of the following (for example): Detailed design studies, product specifications, simulation and calculation, testing. Together with the Project Management Team
- Arranging the test phase at the customer and the requested tests at company in Kunshan as well as the HQ Germany together with the Project Management Team
- Develop marketing plans, opportunities identification, competitor information, opportunity analysis for company
- Be responsible for understanding the market needs, providing sales figures and developing of a ‘buying / selling‘ centre for all Chinese customers
- Leading and coordinate all activities in regard to customer complaints. Improve the customer service
- Realize project acquisition according to strategy and the headquarter’s business planning
- Manage, inspire, lead the sales team to achieve the sales targets
- Coordinate activities in close cooperation with company in Kunshan as well as the HQ and according to the global business strategy
- Assist the Board of Directors to complete additional department assignments

Anforderungen:
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or automotive engineering
- Solid commercial understanding is preferred
- At least 5 years experience in the automotive industry
- 3 years experience in sales and project management
- Track record of identifying, projecting and meeting sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of local business culture and sales process in China
- Good knowledge of automotive customers (OEM & Tier1)
- Experience selling premium mechanical metal components for the automotive industry
- Experience managing a small team
- Solid understanding of CNC and conventional mechanical metal processing
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Computer literacy, using “Windows” and “MS Office”
- Ability to operate conventional CAD software is preferred
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Fluent Mandarin speaking and writing
- Willingness to travel extensively within China and occasionally abroad
